Minutes of 5-19-2012 Meeting

Meeting started at 11:45 AM. In attendance were Jodie Raymond, Terri-Lynn Kilkowski,

Gail Williams, Mary Ann Brown, Genevieve Miller, Margie Miller, Kim Black, Marilyn Jackson

Anita Stoner, Veronica Potter, Kathie Garrett, Geneva Foster and Atwood Brewton.

Gail Williams opened the meeting with a prayer.

Suggestions were discussed for future meetings. Motion was made for Saturdays during odd

months starting in September. Motion was seconded and carried unanimously. The following

dates and locations were set:

September  15 Gail Williams Home

November 3 Terri-Lynn Kilkowski Home

January 12 Margie Miller Home

March  9 Jodie Raymond Home

May 4 Marilyn Jackson Home

 

Kathy Cayton to send note to Support Committee thanking them for the golf cart

Gail to purchase flags for golf cart and they will be replaced as needed.

Asked for each Lady to contribute one box of envelopes per year. Put name on box and leave in desk

at cemetery. Gail will take care of inventory.

Discussed Belk and Stein Mart for fund raiser. Motion made and carried to persue fund raiser.

 

Gail Williams asked whether we should have elections at November meeting or have a

separate meeting in December.

Mary Ann Brown made motion to keep existing officers for an additonal year. Motion was

seconded and carried unanimously.
